Note: This unit is for BMW vehicles that come with a NBT system.
Important Notes:
This unit ONLY works with the original BMW NBT system. A NBT system car radio usually comes with Media button, touch pad controller, a 6-pin LVDS port and a BMW NBT Interface.
*The user interface (UI) referred to above is the original factory-installed version. Modified or updated UIs may cause confusion with system identification.
If your car comes with NO audio AUX input or the AUX port is not functioning, you will need to order an FM transmitter to aid the installation. (XTRONS CA/ITR/FM02 and CA/ITR/FM03 are compatible.)
Connect the XTRONS unit to your car's AUX input for audio functionality. Ensure AUX is enabled to enjoy the full audio experience with our head unit.
