Warranty Policy

Please review these policies carefully before using our site as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at xtrons.com. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions that you need to be aware of before you buy.

We guarantee that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship.
The warranty period is two years from the date of product receipt, except for accessories orders, which have thirty days’ warranty period. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend the warranty period. The warranty and return terms are only applied to items that are directly purchased from our website. For any problems with the items bought out of our website, please contact the direct seller
Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions because of misuse or improper installation on the buyer / user’s part.
Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase and be made through the dealer or outlet where the item was originally purchased.

The Following Situations are not Covered by This Warranty

1.     The purchased products are beyond the warranty period or not covered under warranty.
2.     The warranty stickers or serial numbers are not easy to identify, damaged, torn and altered, etc.
3.     The appearance has some signs of artificial damage.
4.     If this product has been subject to repair, dismantlement and reformation outside of our company’s technical department and led to the result of beyond repair.
5.     Using pirated software and/or third party software which has not been tested and legalized by related field test certification institution and such as caused a failure and/or damage.
6.     Damage caused by other force majeure such as natural disasters, for example: Earthquake, typhoon, flood, fire, lightning, war, etc.
7.     The product’s screen display’s dead pixels are within three.
8.     Machine damage caused by improper installation.
9.     Due to the replacement repair of installation expenses are not guaranteed.
10.   Due to an operating error or fault of product damage.

RMA Procedure

1. After receiving your products from us, please keep all package and enclosed documents properly. They are all necessary to provide XTRONS if you return a defective product(s) in the future.
2. Call or email our customer service for a RMA form. It would be appreciated if you can provide your name, email address, phone and invoice number. We will issue a RMA form to you by email.
3. Repack the original package with everything received, including enclosed documents. If there is anything missing from the original components, XTRONS may incur a refusal of exchange or refund.
WARNING:
If you do not contact us to obtain a RMA form and ask us for a refund or return directly,we will not accept your request, and you will therefore undertake the loss yourself.

Returns Policy

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund. All returned and refunded products must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

NOTE: (Defective products)
1.     How to judge the actual date of receipt: the customer’s actual receipt date shall prevail in all cases. You need to check whether the packaging is intact when you receive the goods. If you confirm the product packaging has no problem, you can sign your name. If the product packaging is damaged, please reject it directly and contact us within 24 hours, otherwise we will not accept your request.
2.     For warranty products, if there aren’t any problems after our carefully check, customers should undertake the shipping costs when we send them back to you.
3.     For all situations, if the customers need to return the products to us, customers should undertake the shipping costs themselves.
4.     For 2 years’ warranty products, we will ask for some repair costs depending on the damage.
5.     If the goods don’t have any issues, XTRONS promises: since the date you actually receive the goods and within 7 days, as long as they are not used and do not affect the secondary sales, and you will undertake the shipping costs when you send them back to us, we can fully refund. We guarantee that the products sold in our website are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship. In order to protect customers’ interests, the following cases are deemed to affect the secondary sales:
1)     The original packaging was opened or the machine was installed and switched on.
2)     The sealing product’s original package was opened.
3)     The products were energized and inserted into a power scoket.
4)     Software or CD-ROM goods do not accept returns.
5)     Products that were specified to say that cannot be returned when you purchase.
6)     Other cases that may affect the secondary sales.
6.    Generally, our repair deadline is about two months, if customers are willing to pay a small amount of money on deposit, we can provide an alternative machine of the same model in the interim period. 
WARNING:
1. If you want us to exchange a unit for you, please pay attention to the date of you actually receive it, it must be within 7 days. We won't exchange a brand-new item to you when it is out of 7 days, but we can repair it or send a retreading item to you.
2. You couldn't upgrade a unit which doesn't have GPS function to have the GPS function.
